Providing Commercial and Quantity Surveying Services to National Railway Company working on a “Hub and Spoke” Contract, duties include the managing of the commercial function of the Principal Contractor, Control Centre and Property Framework Contractors. Consisting of reviewing payment applications, raising and assessing the appropriate Change Requests, Variations, Early Warnings and preparation of Project Management Instruction’s, monthly cost plans, attending engineering and monthly progress meetings.

Other duties undertaken include preparation of tender packages for a number of civils and property framework contractors and carrying out tender negotiations and preparing contract documents. Also prepare detailed estimates in order to achieve funding authority from the Board of Directors.
