I specialise in the improvement of HR and other corporate support functions through the optimisation of service design, systems, metrics, policies, procedures and processes, and delivery mechanisms - in house, outsourcing, shared services, external partnerships.

I have a background as a senior operational HR manager, managing all operational HR activity in an organisation of c. 10000 people, and as a managed services manager who successfully turned around an underperforming £11 million pan European call centre contract, bringing it into profitability for the first time.

I have focused on business improvement projects for the last 4 years, firstly in house and for the last few months as an independent consultant/ project manager.
