o Intelligent Finance requirement to migrate credit card platform to provide chip and pin compliance. Implemented the move to main HBoS platform resulting in successful card member retention and cost reduction of 25%.
o AXA implementing a new Division to improve programme delivery performance and prioritise programme portfolios. Implemented the Divisional Programmes Office on time and within budget, and operated governance successfully.
o At Royal Bank of Scotland, an old counterparties database system required replacing. Scoped and organised the implementation, new system delivered on time, improving service reliability and facilitating extended uses and flexibility of the data.
o Lloyds TSB required an in-house credit card issuer platform. Set up Programme Management Office and implemented governance mechanisms successfully.
o Zurich Financial Services decided to transfer annuities provision to Prudential. Ran the project to put automated quotation and transfer services in place. Project delivered and new arrangements operating successfully.
