I am an experienced Web Content Manager with over a decades experience working online. For the last three years I have been running multiple complex online projects for BT Vision, BT's Television on Demand service. I joined the company as an administrator in 2006 & was quickly given command of the Video on Demand & customer acquisitions websites. In the third quarter of 2008 I project managed the re-launch of the BT Vision website, increasing page impressions per unique user by four.
I am an excellent communicator and have a great deal of experience working with multiple stakeholders on a wide range of projects. Successfully running BT's iPTV Games Channel, Video on Demand (VoD) store & Customer Acquisitions site necessitated a great learning curve, requiring development of my Photoshop/html/flash skills. Working very closely with the marketing team provided me with excellent exposure to the customer acquisitions process including email/advertising campaigns, SEO and direct mailings.
