I am a Senior ETL Informatica Consultant with over 5 years of in-depth experience as an Administrator, Designer and developer of Data warehouse ETL solution for large scale global Data warehouse for Global Clients such as ; Woolworth's Limited ( Australia ) , Proctor & Gamble ( USA ) ,General Electric ( USA ) ,Vodafone (UK ) etc.
Being an "Informatica Certified Designer” I have worked on all phases of data warehouse development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing, implementation, support ,performance tuning and training. I have extensively worked on Informatica tool and helped design scalable, reusable, and low maintenance ETL solution which resulted in overall cost saving for the projects .
My other expertise includes knowledge of enterprise -scale relational Data Models and Data Warehouse, including both relational and dimensional models and the use of standard data modeling tools such as ERWIN .I am highly skilled in databases such as Oracle 10g and HP NeoView . I also have experience in Unix shell scripting and PL/SQL . Furthermore, I have proven ability to document implemented ETL processes for knowledge sharing and hand-off , administrating the installation ,migration & deployment of Informatica Solution in production . Being a technical lead I have provided Effort estimation, built the roadmap for Operational resourcing and helps client apply Best Practices in Data Warehouse Project Management. I am also an excellent trainer of Informatica Tool .
