I am a Co-ordinator and Administrator, with extensive experience in the public and private sectors, especially in Government Departments in Project Management and Support areas. I have excellent IT, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with clients and suppliers at all levels. I am a strong problem solver and enjoy communicating with other people to complete tasks, planning ahead to anticipate and solve problems.

 Recommended and implemented an alternative structure to accommodate changes to the clustering of offices for the London Probation Service, through analysis of workload data together with concerns raised in the consultation process.

ADMINISTRATIVE & SECRETARIAT SUPPORT
 Provided full administrative support to Project Boards, ensuring that work-package owners were reminded when highlight reports were required, agendas prepared, and supporting documents were produced on time.
 Assisted the development of processes to overcome identified areas of risk within projects, from initial proposals to final implementation.
 Compiled and analysed data, covering progress of tasks on a weekly basis for the London Probation Service, colour coded projects according to status and circulated results to Operational Directors.
