I have had more than 8 years experience in new product design, brand development and 3D visualization.

I am a qualified industrial designer and VFX/graphic artist. I have worked in different areas of product design and product promotion: specifically in product conceptualization, modelling, animation, usability, development of prototypes and market communications including product launch marketing and funding procurement. In addition, I have worked with individual clients on creating websites, brochures, videos and profile books.

I feel that the skills and experience I bring to the table will enable me to do great projects for you.

Our creative design studio specialises in various fields such as brand and product work for global clients such as Tannoy, Bose, Wall Street Journal, ING and more. VFX and animation work for clients such as BBC, Adobe, WWF and others. We are creative specialists and we bring designs to life from the stages of a brief to the finished product.

Developed the Magic chair, BabyC and the Earthquake clock concepts for the N. American market in Canada. I was involved in collaborating with manufacturers in Montreal to prototype the concepts. Created ad campaigns and web designs to promote Puur’s designs. As a result both the Magic chair and the BabyC were featured in over 10 global magazines through which they were sold to boutiques and buyers in Montreal and New York. Also sourced and obtained funding for this venture.

Responsibilities included new product development in household and furniture items. Further tasks included gathering new clients and boutiques to hold our summer product lines. I was involved in the mechanical designs of all the Puur products prior to prototyping.

I was responsible for developing new household products for Umbra and the U+ product line. I was involved in Mechanical drawings of more than 60 products prior to prototyping for the Umbra winter collection. Excellent recommendation from Paul Rowen (Co-founder) available.

Developed concepts and designs for Maarten Baptist and for the Dutch government. Worked on booth designs for Dutch Design Week and new interior seating concepts for Van Abbe Museum, Netherlands. Designed and prototyped the Sophia coat rack for Maarten Baptist.

Involved in conceptualization, design and development of electronic products via e-business and web advertising. Managed a small team of 3 designers and 2 sales agents. Developed the first Centrino laptops for the Indian market in Kolkata with Twinhead, Taiwan. The product was named NC1010 and sold to Aamar PC in India. I was responsible in a generating a total of 80K turnover in that year.

  • 3D CAD Visualisation: We are looking for someone to produce CAD drawing’s, they need to have there own software and be able to work remotely, and be able to work with 3D studio Max. There are 2-3 examples of work which you will be able to use to let us know a rough guide of how long this is going to take. Please apply for more details.
  • Autocad: Reverse engineer moulded plastic parts of dimensions roughly 300mm X 20mm into 3d CAD format (prefer. AutoCAD). Physical part will be supplied and can be easily measured with micrometer etc,
  • 3D models: We are a Staging and Lighting Company and we need assistance in taking our existing 2D Drawings of a number of our products and creating excellent quality 3D models for incorporation into 3D vizualisation software together with the finishes. The contract is to complete the 3D library required, total quantity of drawings to be converted to be advised.
  • Architectural Visualiser: Architectural visualiser required to work onsite in London Bridge using 3d Studio Max and After Effects CS 4/5. Starting 16th May for a week's contract, further work is likely for the successful candidate.
