Contracting Authorities include the Ministry of Defence, the Home Office and other Security Agencies.
I led the capture planning and campaign management elements of 2 major bids, one into the Ministry of Defence for Military Flying Training, and the second into the Home Office for a major national security project – this enabled us to win the first contract awarded under a major security procurement framework with a new customer. I have subsequently directed numerous bids for projects of various sizes.
I also have a key strength in Sales Leadership and Strategic Business Planning. I have written and implemented 5-year strategic business plans in the areas of training, communications and security. I also am experienced in leading sales teams to meet in-year growth targets.
