Principal consultant, responsible for seminars and training, including research, design and delivery of ITIL and other Service Management training courses at Foundation, Practitioner and Manager level.
Responsible for development of the “Directions MasterClass” series of workshops aimed at the ‘post-ITIL’ market and at bringing Business leaders closer to IT Managers.
Responsible for developing a consultancy business stream that has enabled delivery of consultancy projects for various customers including, Fox IT, Key Skills, ILX, AMWAJ-IT (KSA) and HP. These include ISO20000 conformance, process development and functional development.
Currently acting as Senior Examiner with the APM Group, designing exam papers at Foundation, Practitioner and Manager Level.

Facilitated a series of process improvement workshops for Motorola and instigated a service review aimed at improving service processes.
Facilitated a series of workshops for Calyx UK and managed project to improve Service Desk and Customer Service processes.
Facilitated a series of Service desk and Incident Management workshops for University College London aimed at project to improve service management processes.
Written and compiled a series of course materials for ILX to meet accreditation requirements at ITIL Intermediate level.
Written and complied course material for SMATRA to meet accreditation requirements and foundation level.
