My areas of expertise are: European Union policies, institutions and legislation; EU budget; EU funding applications; EU competences, fiscal federalism and subsidiarity; EU research policy and economic policy; Training in European affairs.
I hold a degree in economics from the London School of Economics and a Masters in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges. I am the author of several publications on the EU budget. In the past, I worked as a consultant in EU affairs at an agency in Brussels.
