· An active involvement in the delivery of public services and in working with local and national government on issues that affect the lives, behaviour and views of delivery partners and communities across Britain

· Masters degree in Organisational Management, including strategic planning, change management, organisational culture and leadership

· Full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations; actively involved in self-development scheme which has led to “accredited practitioner” status; chartered status pending; Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Managerment; qualified journalist; various other certificates in online marketing and TEFL.

· A track record of success in operating a profitable small business for the past ten years and delivering high levels of client satisfaction
