I have spent twenty years managing construction projects and consider myself a 'hands on' team leader who co-ordinates multi-disciplinary teams of designers, consultants and contractors on complex schemes. I understand the challenges client face, seeking to maximise the return on their investment. My main strengths are my ability to advise, support and assure clients throughout the life of a project enabling them to achieve a successful outcome.
I have advised on and managed projects in a variety of sectors for public and private clients in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. I have undertaken consultancy type roles advising clients on property related investment options; development proposals and briefs; procurement methods; contractual options; operational performance improvements and given commercial and contractual guidance.

-Successfully delivered on time and within budget, a £47mill. bus garage and workshop with fuel & wash facilities and head office accommodation all to high standards of sustainability achieving 33% carbon reduction over typical benchmark for industrial building.
