In my most recent role of Programme coordinator & Team Leader, a broad range of subjects in further and higher education courses, (Health & Social Care & Psychology related modules) was covered. As an effective coordinator and member of a highly successful teaching team, carrying out a range of duties targeted at coordinating and supporting teaching and learning, whilst following quality systems. Whilst in this role, developed procedures to record, progression of individual learners, which produced tangible results that can be quantified and measured. What’s more, designed and developed recruitment and promotional material designed for the health and social care sector with further development of an effective supporting net working relationship with all sector organisations.
Through my professional and life experiences, a sense of awareness and sensitivity to the diverse cultural, social and learning needs of the individual has assist in the approach to helping individuals of varying learning abilities to achieve their personal & professional learning goals

In a previous role as a Project Manager & Youth Development Officer, it was necessary to adopt an integrating approach to effective line management through the support and supervision of colleagues and project users alike. This approach employed a wide and varied range of initiatives to cover the objectives of the project. This was achieved by ensuring effective Networking with other organisations in identify, develop and provide opportunities for project users, as well as opportunities for “Relationship Marketing”.
In the Project Manager role it was necessary to generate and assesses incoming project opportunities, and secure funding to take these forward in order to meet the Business Plan. The type of projects considered, lead to negotiations with public, private and voluntary sector organisations. Through effective partnership building, the development and delivery of agreed projects was achieved within agreed timescales and budgets. These projects were intended to encourage and provided the young adults with an opportunity to develop their experience and skill in a work environment.
