I have worked on various projects over the last 5 years including

 Design of motivational specialist interventions for harder to help welfare to work customer groups
 Delivery and design of personal development and leadership programmes
 Career transition projects including outplacement currently working on a project with QinetiQ in Malvern
 Recruitment of quality staff for local West Midlands employers including Veolia plc
 Design of delivery of HR learning and development programmes on Disciplinary and Grievance procedure
 Business Development on an ongoing basis for my own company including tenders, presentations, client meetings.

Head of Legal Services/Risk Management
 Responsibility and accountability for all commercial risk management issues for 5 companies with a turnover of £350 million operating in the labour recruitment, employee resourcing and training and development sector.
 Reporting directly to and advising the Chairman and the Board of Directors. Duties include the single handed review and negotiation of labour supply and Employee resourcing contracts with values from £41 million to £500,000.

 Clients dealt with included British Gas Services; NHS Framework agreement; Orange; Nokia; HBOS; Transco; Legal and General; Lloyds TSB; Cap Gemini etc.

 The role required an in depth knowledge of the latest employment law, recruitment legislation, and European Directives.

 Responsibility and accountability for new start up corporate training business £300,000 turnover and break/ even achieved in first year of trading.
 Recruited staff, sourced over 50 associate trainers, developed business.
 Clients included Brittanic Assurance, Whitbread plc, Transco, Europackaging plc
 Designed, developed and delivered personal development courses accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

 Member of three men Board of new start up.
 Responsible for the design, delivery of personal development, soft skills training.
 Trained over 2000 consultants.
 Managed and facilitated strategic project enabling Pertemps directors to write new strategic 5 year plan
