With three years experience working in various Architect’s offices, including one year carrying out my own private work, I am able to offer an extensive range of Architectural services. I have had a good record of getting my designs approved and have yet to get a rejection from the Planning Authorities.

Development of planning drawings from sketches, old drawings, survey data etc.
Development of plans, elevations, sections from your initial concepts and ideas
Production of detail drawings to be submitted for Building regulations approval
Production of presentation and 3D visualisation drawings
Submission of Planning, Listed Building and Building Regulation applications
I pride myself on being able to produce clear, easily readable drawings to a level of detail which will allow them to be understood and developed by clients, planners and builders.
