Developed pay strategy for authorization by the UK Board, communicated approach to the relevant stakeholders, analyzed and challenged submissions, produced presentation material for UK Board and arranged for payments to be made within budget.

• Project managed the successful harmonization of 13 different terms and conditions of employment over a nine month period. Contributed to organizational design, reviewed and recommended new terms and conditions, analyzed financial and budgetary considerations for proposals, facilitated workshops with Trades Union representatives, contributed in detail to the design and delivery of an Industrial and Administrative grade progression structure.
